 * The plugin itself (both lite and premium versions) is well designed, easy to 
   manage and powerful. I’ll recommend it to anyone willing to manage users (login,
   profile edit, password reset) in the frontend without showing WP dashboard.
 * But what really excels is the support from the development team. The answer is
   lightning fast. They truly get involved and attempt to solve your issue beyond
   strict support. In my case, they’ve provided a pro HTML mail template (even before
   buying premium version) and patched the code of the plugin to support a prior
   WP version.
