    Added the free version of this to a small organization Web site, and ran into a little usability problem with the plugin’s templates. Even though we hadn’t paid a cent for this plugin, the plugin author was polite and responsive, and actually pushed out a new version that facilitated a custom fix. Thanks, folks!
