Impressive plug-in, + excellent support

Unfortunately, my work means I am flitting betwwen numerous applications, and often forget how to use them, on return. This has resulted in my having to contact the author asking basic questions, sometimes repeatedly. The response is unfailingly within a day, and patiently puts me on the right track, yet again.
