  • I tested this plugin and like it very much. Setup is breeze, nice layout and full features.

    Several suggestion:
    add ability to disable either knowledgebase or support ticket functionality, so this plugin can be deployed as standalone knowledgebase platform or support-ticket platform.

    I use WHMCS and currently don’t feel like to force client moving into different platform just to open support tickets.

    So nice of you that you suggested a very good feature. And we also think that it’s important. So we definitely should go for the feature in any of our future release inshALLAH.

    I must agree with Ganis. If you add the option to disable either KB or tickets i will immediately come back here and give you 5 stars. It really need this option and i dont want to give low score because of that. The rest i tested and it works flawlessly. Actually i like this plugin.

    We’ve updated the plugin (v0.2.0) with a way to disable knowledgebase. With the structure and plan from the very beginning, we cannot separate Ticketing and Knowledgebase.

    So we’re shipping both, but if you want to disable the Knowledgebase, you can do that with version 0.2.0.
