Impossible to login, your session has expired

It is now impossible for me to login on the backend of my site. I am constantly getting:
Your session has expired because it has been over 120 minutes since your last login. Please log back in to continue.

1- I use the timeout option in AIOWPS
2- I restored htaccess. Still can’t login
3- I deleted htaccess. Still can’t login
4- I unistalled the plugin: I could login
5- I re-installed the plugin: I got the same error again
6- I uninstalled the plugin again and deleted AIOWPS tables in WP sql db then installed the plugin again: I cannot login and get the same error.

No matter what I do, and I did all what was recommended here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/important-note-on-intermediate-and-advanced-features/?replies=1
and I cannot login. That’s it, I ran out of options. What should I do to gain backend access again??
