Impossible to Get Customer Service

I downloaded the free version to try and see if I wanted the Pro version. As soon as I downloaded the Smush Plugin it resized all of the images in my blog gallery, covering up all of the blog titles, descriptions and usernames so that all you could see was the photos. I really wanted to pay for the pro version but tried to find how to contact customer support to resolve this simple issue before moving forward. There is no way to contact customer service unless you have the paid version or have an account. Why would I pay for it if I’m not sure it works? Then when I started an account on the developer’s home page, it still said I could not contact anyone without the paid version, and then gave me no way to delete my account. After being disappointed and still could not resolve the issue on my own, I just deactivated and deleted the plugin. It probably could have been amazing, but even free users should be able to get help resolving theme conflicts caused by the plugin. Guess I’ll keep shopping other optimization products.
