Thanks for creating this plugin, it works great. But have you noticed that it’s virtually impossible to find in the directory? I wanted to install it on a new server and the only way I could find it was to go to a server with it installed and click on the info link to eventually get here and then download it. I’ve noticed this with quite a few plugins, you ask for them by name and the plugin search just returns a bunch of random plugins rather than anything called similar to what you are looking for.

Maybe that’s a new plugin idea for you – better wp directory search plugin? 😉

If I search google for ‘cubecolour new plugins’ the plugin page is the first result I see.

In the admin area of a test site, if I go to the plugins page, press the [add new] button and search for ‘cubecolour’ or ‘cubecolour new plugins’ this plugin is the top result, and if I search for ‘new plugins’ it is the sixth result – it would be nice to improve that, but the search algorithm has its own way of ordering results.

As the search query is performed on the WordPress.org site, not locally I don’t think a plugin would be able to change the results returned.
