    Hi, there,

Although I have and type the API credentials to the form, it’s impossible to connect to my X account. Yor plugin does not respond with an error, it just vanishes after adding the two API credentials to the boxes.

I had it working correctly just a couple of weeks ago, but I had to remove the Twitter accont, as it was compromised. Now, I’m trying to reconnect it, but it’s not possible, despite I changed and updated the APP and the API credentials.

Is there a way to connect via the password, or another way, intead of the APIs?

    Thank you.

    Hi @jordiparera,

Sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered.

Please clear your browser cache or try incognito window to connect the Twitter account. Also, make sure you have followed this guide.

Hope it helps and let me know if you require any further assistance.

    Hi, Thanks for your support.

However, I’m still unable to connect my X account. I followed exactly all the steps, and even the two API credentials seem to be right, but when getting to the final step, waiting for the connexion, it simply does not finishes it.

I tried on a private page and also clearing the browser cache.

Note: I have a two factor verification via Google Authenticator APP.

    Hi,

To troubleshoot this, you can temporarily disable the two factor authentication. Also, you can try disabling other plugins to make sure there is no conflict there.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Undoubtedly, there was a conflict with a plugin, because I disabled all the other plugins, and I could successfully connect with Twitter. Now, it’s finally working. The only problem is that I do not know which plugin was causing the issue…

Anyway, I thank you very much for your help.

Another question, please: Do you plan to add BluesSky to your Lite version network? And what about Threads?

    Thanks,

    Jordi

    Hi i@jordiparera,

Thank you for the update! I’m glad to hear that you were able to connect with Twitter successfully. If you’d like to identify the exact plugin, you could try reactivating them one by one while testing the connection.

Regarding the Bluesky and Threads integration, there’s no confirmed timeline for their integration into the Lite version just yet, I’ve passed along your interest to the team. We’re always evaluating new platforms based on user demand and API availability.

If you have any other questions or feature requests, feel free to reach out anytime!
