Impossible to add thumbnail in page

Hi, Since last WordPress update, if ultimate shortcode is actived, impossible to add a thumbnail from the back-office, I’ve an empty picture selected and impossible to changed. If I turn off the plugin, every is ok. It’s boring…
A solution ?
