Impossible to activate Excerpts & Thumbnails

    Hello,
    It’s impossible to activate Excerpts & Thumbnails, i tried in many ways, is there aby issues or bug, please find a solution.
    I also sent you many support email since one month, to try to find a solution but you didn’t answer even one time. I’m loosing a lot of time to find a solution. Be more pro or close your support by email.

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear about this. We have no issues or bugs in Excerpts & Thumbnails that would cause this to happen, so we’ll have to look into it further.

    Our premium support channel is working just fine, and we reply to all emails within hours. It could be that your emails are being blocked out or not being sent. Can you please try using a different email address to send from?

    As you said it can be an email problem.
    I bought all your modules and except this issue your plugins save me lot of working hours and are the best i found,

    Thanks for your nice words.

    Does this mean we can confirm now if you can reach us in our premium support channel using different email address?

    As for your issue here, did you try to activate Excerpt and Thumbnails add-on while you have a Feed to Post add-on activated on your site, by any chance?

    If so, it’s indeed impossible to activate the Excerpt and Thumbnails since both add-ons are incompatible to each other as is explained here, unless you are using the Legacy Feed Items options.
