It seems like we are getting errors when opening the link you shared. Can you please share the import log file, screenshot of the error, and the import CSV file with user-sensitive data removed so that we can check it? You can share by uploading them to Google Drive or WeTransfer or any similar service and sharing the link.
Could you please confirm if the product ID and SKUs in the review import CSV file are correct and if there is an existing product on your site with the same SKUs or IDs?
The product id does not seem to be included in your import; no fields for the product id, at least in the free version. That’s why, in the step 4, I chose to link the product review with the SKU: that was the solution.
