# Importing XML

 * I’ve seen the article in the Codex, and it all seems pretty simple. But when 
   I go to the Import section of my dashboard, I am given a list of other CNS that
   I am importing from. Well, I am not importing from another CMS. And searching
   the plugins directory didn’t provide a clear solution.
 * I have a “generic”* xml file that I want to import and turn into posts. Which
   plug in am I supposed to use for that?
 * Thanks so much for your assistance.

 * That was fast! Thanks! Yes, this at least looks like what I wanted. Let me try
   it out and I will post back later. But either way, thank you so much. I did a
   search for ‘xml’ in the plugins directory, how come I didn’t find this?
