# Importing wordpress site

 * I have a customised site which I wrote at zxq.net the actual address is smsl.
   zxq.net I have changed to go daddy as a host and need to move all the content.
   I have installed wordpress and thought I could just use the export tool and import
   it to the new site. savingmoneysavinglives.org
    This hasn’t worked and I am stuck
   with the 2011 theme with bits of the new site content on there. I am relatively
   new to wordpress and would really appreciate if someone could give me some simple
   instructions of how to make the move

 * Go to your control panel > phpmyadmin
    dump your database (for your previous 
   wordpress installation) use a DB search and replace script to replace your old
   domain to your new on the DB sql file.
 * and Import that your new installation

 * Be careful not to use a normal search and replace because it will break all the
   serialized strings containing the domain.
