Importing reviews from Volusion

    I need to import reviews from my Volusion store, the problem I have is Product IDs are not the same as products in Woocommerce. Am I going to be able to do this?

    Thanks for the interest in our plugin!

    You will need to prepare a spreadsheet with reviews and change your legacy product IDs to the new WooCommerce product IDs before import of the reviews.

    Thank you, I’m not sure how I can do this with thousands of reviews, but at least I know what I have to do to use the plugin. I appreciate your quick response!

    You probably don’t have as many products as you have reviews. Try asking somebody who is good with Excel to do a VLOOKUP to replace the legacy product IDs with the new ones.
