importing posts from WP files with .php extension

    I am trying to restore posts from monthly archive files with this name format:

    2005_05_01_wordpress.php

    When I open them with Notepad, the content looks like HTML, and the posts are there. Which importer or converter can I use to get them back up? Many thanks.
