 * Sorry, there has been an error.
 * The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini
 * I get that. how can I fix it.

 * WP doesnt have an index.html, or a ‘whatever’. It does have a well rounded set
   of instructions on how to perform an upgrade though.

    edit that. like download it. edit 
   it with whatever. then re up it?
