# Importing Password Protected Feed

 * I’ve followed the instructions here:
    [http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/advanced/password-protected-files/](http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/advanced/password-protected-files/)
   but the problem I’m running into is that WP All Import doesn’t seem to be adding
   the Username and Password to the URL or it’s pulling a cached version of the 
   URL from when I tried earlier without the username and password.
 * Either way, I can login to the URL through the browser using the format in the
   link above. I just can login to the website from WP All Import.
 * Any ideas as to what I should try next?

 * I’ve even tried your demo server. For some reason the username and password are
   not being passed to the URL. I’ve checked the logs and can’t find anything. I’ve
   made sure that my server has the vital component installed
    - PHP 5.4 or greater
    - MySQL 5.5 or greater
    - cURL
    - libxml
    - SimpleXML
    - xmlreader
    - xmlwriter
 * I didn’t have the cURL so I installed it, still having the issue.
 * I’ve tried turning the wordpress debugger on to see if it would print the url
   that is being sent to the other website and it’s not showing anything.
 * I’m just at a loss as to where to look next. I’m not looking for you to solve
   my problem, just a little guidance.

 * I wrote this:
    `<?php printf(__('URL: %s'), PMXI_Plugin::$session->source['path']);?
   >`
 * in the views/admin/element.php so see what the URL that was being submitted and
   the url is correct.
 * But I’m still getting the following error:
    **<RETS ReplyText=”Authentication
   Failure: Invalid login or password supplied. See: [http://flexmls.com/rets/e/22&#8243](http://flexmls.com/rets/e/22&#8243);
   ReplyCode=”20037″/>**
 * Guess I’m not sure what my next step should be, I’m at a loss as to what to do
   to get this to work. If I copy and paste that url into the web browser, it logs
   in correctly and I can see the entire RETS feed.
