Importing New CPTs with Tags.. How?

Your documentation, extensive at it is, really misses and confuses some of the very basics.
Importing to a single CPT, has multiple “Categories”. Each post has different “tags”.
Nowhere in your documentation does it say anything “specifically” how to import “tags” per post. Everything is only discussing “Categories” and “hierarchy” of CATEGORIES. Where and how to map to the column in CSV of “tags” for the posts?
