Importing Locations

I have a .csv list of locations. They simply have name, address, state, post, country. I need to be able to import these into EM. I tried using: wp-ultimate-csv-importer and was able to link the title, but none of the “Where” items (address, etc.). Are those fields not custom fields? Attributes that I had made showed up on the linking dropdown, why isn’t the address, etc? I was able to import, but the only field was title, so not very useful. Any ideas on how to either get this plugin to work with EM locations, or another method to import via .csv?
