Importing GD Custom Settings Posts And Taxonomies Tools

    ello guys,

    I’m using the “GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools” plugin, but it looks like it has been discontinued and is showing me errors in DEBUG, so I wanted to replace it.

    I was wondering if your plugin completely replaces the plugin “GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools” and if I can how to import the plugin’s settings for the Toolset Types plugin?

    And another thing … the custom fields creation function of the “Toolset Types” plugin is the same as the “Advanced Custom Fields” plugin.

    I never used GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools.

    From it’s description it should be similar to Types.

    I see problems with Addons Architecture (not sure what that is, but Types does not offer this), and the Widgets, Types does not offer Widgets, but ShortCodes.

    The rest should be more or less the same, of course in the free version of Types you get only the structural data, not the display features of Toolset Views for example, which is a paid add-on and I cannot support here.

    Related to ACF, yes Types is similar, but not the same.
    Types is free. You can give it a try any time.

    In a year from now, the free version will not be supported anymore, and a paid copy will need to be purchased.
    I inform you about this so you can consider this before you start developing with Types.
