Importing FTP not working

    Hi,

    I am trying to upload FTP with wp all import, but it keeps saying that the credentials are incorrect. But when i try to enter the FTP from an FTP opener on my laptop it works like it should.

    Hi @stijnmscheper,

    I am trying to upload FTP with wp all import, but it keeps saying that the credentials are incorrect.

    We are going to have to run tests with the FTP credentials to advise on this. Please open a support request at http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ about this issue, including the credentials, and we’ll follow up there.

    i have the exact same problem and i have not been able to solve it in any way 🙁

    Hi! It was simple. I contacted our host and they had to whitelist the file’s/links. Otherwise it does not work. He thought it was not that problem either, but when he tried it, it worked great!
