# Importing from Google Sheets

 * I’m running into issues trying to import from Google Sheets.
 * I’ve followed the right steps in clicking share, copy link for viewing, replacing
   the end with export?format=csv, and putting that into TablePress. I made sure
   that CSV was selected during import format. But once it finishes importing, the
   HTML/CSS source of the sheet is shown through different cells. What am I doing
   incorrectly?

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * If you see HTML code throughout the cells, you are not yet using the proper URL,
   I’m afraid. You’d need a link that directly returns a CSV file, without asking
   for logins and things like that. Unfortunately, I’m not too familiar with Google
   Spreadsheets, so that I can’t really guide you on where to get that URL.
