    Hi,

I’ve got a few photo’s I wanna upload to my website. About 1400 of them.
So I thought it would be easier for me to just upload them via FTP, then import the folder.
So I made 4 folder and divided the 1400 files over 4 folder. (350 in each). Each folder is roughly 600mb.

When I go to the nextgen dashboard and choose for ‘import folder’ I see my folder, I click on it and the blue button says ‘import /name-of-folder’.
I click the button and a small window apears with a green moving statusbar saying ‘In progress’.
I left it for 3 hours, and the statusbar was still saying ‘in progress’.
So I tried changing the rights to 777 and tried again: same result.
I removed 90% of the files to see if the amount was just to much.
    No difference….

It seems that the import folder function just doesn’t do anything at all.

When I upload via the flash uploader the plugin makes thumbs and a backup file automatically. My files weren’t touched, no thumbs where made and no backup files where made.
It seems the plugin just doesn’t do anything at all…
