importing events

This is my file
I can upload it using the Events import function and it says it has done irt but I cannot see it
What am I doing wrong?

I have worked this out now, the dates have to be in the YYYY-MM-DD format as shown in the examples in https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/csv-file-examples-for-importing/
However, if you download the example file and open it up in Excel, Excel will show them in the default manner, which in my case is DD/MM/YYYY, which confused me
