# Importing Doesn't work

 * When I save and import, it says “import complete” but doesn’t import posts. Any
   suggestions?

    It does not work for me. After setting a feed it is still working BUT 2-3
   is not.
 * What is wrong?

 * I was able to get it to work with other feeds but turned out that the actual 
   feeds needs to be full articles and most RSS feeds don’t show the full article.

 * Mulkins, here’s the logic: if you wish to import truncated feeds from a source,
   all you need to do is add the feeds in the backend, if you wish to import full
   text rss feeds that are already available as such from your source, it’s the 
   same process, but if you need to import the full text content from truncated 
   feeds or enable the premium features, you might need to upgrade, sometimes, specific
   feeds failed, so if this is a case for some of your feeds, please shoot an email
   to [support@feedsapi.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/importing-doesnt-work/support@feedsapi.com?output_format=md)
   and I shall get on it asap. Thanks
