Importing doesnt work

    I have exported users using this plugin but when im trying to import them on a new site, 0 users had been imported.

    the CSV file contains 700 customers

    Your export tool was putting in 5 empty rows causing it to fail (silently) on import

    Hi @dakkafex,

    Please tell us whether the Debug mode is enabled on your site or not. If it’s enabled then please disable it and export. Also please share your exported file so that we can check it. You can share the file via support.
