 * Hi,
 * I am not sure where to start, but this is my problem, thus far. I appreciate 
   any insight that you have.
 * I am trying to import my old db to new server. I have already following instructions
   on podz and codex. I get this error message:
 * #1064 – You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds
   to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘DEFAULT CHARSET
   =latin1’ at line 18
