We have created a new sheet with a new file name — but the same issue still persists.

Can you please share plugin whole settings page and first row (All columns) of the Google Sheets screenshots?

Do you have first column as “Customer ID” because on your screenshot beginning columns are not showing.

Have you edited manually within the Google Sheets or deleted any columns manually?

Correct, the first column is “Customer Id” — you cannot see it in the screenshot becuase I had to scroll to the right to show you the incorrect columns — since I’m importing all 30+ coluns they do not fit into the screenshot.

I did not modify or edit anything. This is the exact Google Sheet import after running your plugin import. There is definitely a bug which is causing the records to import into the wrong columns. I have 50,000+ records so maybe this is also contributing to the issue with large amount of data.

Yes, as per your setting you must have to beginning columns of the Google Sheets. Please have a look with below screenshot.

Please send me screenshot of beginning of the columns.

Yes, we already have all beginning of the columns. We did not edit or modify the Google Sheets. Here is a screenshot:

There is a bug with importing in your plugin.

As I can see with sheet headers and Google Sheets columns, we have missing with “Customer First Name” columns within the Sheet Headers and Google Sheets columns both.

We need your credentials to check with more.

We have successfully sync all your 52000+ customers within your Google Sheets.

    Kindly check with it.
