Importing custom taxonomy with custom fields

I have set up a custom taxonomy that has custom fields attached to each term using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Is it possible to use this plugin to import terms for this taxonomy with their respective custom fields? If so, is there any documentation available for a format? Or can someone point me in the right direction?

On my site, my taxonomy is called “Countries” and each term in this taxonomy has these fields: “coordinates” and “photo_url”
