Hello @nwm2006,
There should be something wrong from your side.
Could you please submit a support ticket here and we will assist you better.
Thank you!
The problem is with localhost! I tried changing execution time and limit and also changed the PHP version but no luck. I installed it on a host and everything worked perfectly; so all good now. Thank you for this great theme
Hi @nwm2006,
It would be great if you could send us the debug.log
file from your wp-content
folder from your local site so that we can try to see what’s going on in there for you. Hopefully we can also implement the fix on our end so that it doesn’t happen again.
Steps on how to enable WP_DEBUG_LOG: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug_log
Waiting for your reply.
I tried that but there is no debug.log file in my wp-content or any other folders
@nwm2006 After you’ve added define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true)
in your wp-config.php
, please try to re-install the starter site. Provided that the error will happen again, you should be having the debug.log
file present. Please send it to use once you have it.
Waiting for your reply.
I did all that but no error occurs. It just keeps importing even after 100%. and there is no debug.log.
You may recreate the situation. I’m using the last version of XAMPP and phph v7.3
