 * I recently moved my site to a new domain and was trying to get my backup onto
   my new server and got a Access denied for user. I’m using phpMyAdmin.
 * I can still access the old database, so if I need to fix the copy, that isn’t
   a problem. I would really like these posts back and would greatly appreciate
   anyone’s help.

 * phpMyAdmin has a 2 mb file size limit. If your database is bigger then that,
   you’ll need to import it via the command line using SSH or ask your host to do
   it for you.

 * Do you have a suggestion for a command line program? Or should I just use putty.
 * It’s well under the file size it just keeps giving me the Access denied for user
   error. Could it be that I have backed it up from another server and am trying
   to install it on a new one?

 * I use putty myself.
 * Pending how you did your backup, it should just drop into your new database on
   the new server.
