    Hi Pippin I've just installed this onto my EDD site and it's not showing the links in the left column so I'm unable to use. Could you check if its compatible with the new version of EDD or WordPress and update. Thanks

    The export / import options are added to the Downloads > Tools page. Did you look there?

    Yes just looked and it only has the EDD import/export settings function. There are no csv import/export settings anywhere.

    Same problem here. The EDD CSV Manager isn't showing up anywhere, not in Tools, nor in Downloads > Tools. I checked both places thoroughly, in both EDD 1.9.9.2 and EDD 2.0b.

    (Note that the documentation says it should be in the former place, while this thread says it should be in the latter -- slightly confusing.)

    Dan, when you wrote "should be fixed" what fixed it?

    There was a plugin update. The reason for the discrepancy in the location is because we changed the menu items for EDD in the 2.0 release. For further support, please open a new support ticket, since as this one is resolved, email updates are not being sent to plugin authors (I just happened to see your response while manually checking through support tickets).
