importer not working

    Hi everytime I try to install importer I get this message:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare install_wtwp() (previously declared in D:\Hosting\11294887\html\wp-content\install.php:36) in D:\Hosting\11294887\html\wp-content\install.php on line 93

    I’ve tried everything. Deleted, reinstalled many times. Tried to install manually. Tried older versions. Nothing works.

    Anyone with this problem? I really need to use wordpress importer. This is so frustrating!
