Imported attachments have no description

    Hi,
    Firstly thanks for the plugin. It’s the only one I have gotten working to import images from enclosures inside a feed! 5 star review on the way!

    I managed to get it working and have bulk imported what will be a one time import of around 200 Gallery images from a non-wordpresss external gallery into the Media Library. The plugin created draft posts for them all which I will ultimately remove as I don’t actually need them and they all have the original caption text in each post. Great so far.

    However the actual images that are imported into the Media Library have no caption or description, unlike the the posts. Each image has the correct title and name/slug.

    Is there a an option I’m overlooking or way to get it to store the imported description from the RSS feed in the media library for each image, as it does for the generated posts that it attaches these images to?

    To have the text inserted into of the 3 main text meta fields in the media library (description, caption, ALT Text), would mean a third party plugin could be used to copy them into the other 2 fields.

    Hi,

    I can’t be the only one experiencing this, does anyone know how to get the imported image attachments to include the text from the item description in the attachment description field? None of the imported attachments have any text, aside from name and title.
