IMPORTANT: read before posting

    First of all, I want everyone to be aware that I (the plugin author) will not be checking my email or the forums from July 16-24. I’m taking a much-needed sabbatical to recharge so I can provide even better support upon my return.

    Next, it is a good idea to read the forum guidelines if you are new to the forums: http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Choose_A_Good_Topic_Title

    DO NOT post in an existing thread, always start your own, even if you think you are having the same problem as someone else.

    Then, if you want help, I need proper information to help you.

    DO these three things:

    1. Upgrade to the latest version of the plugin.
    2. Be descriptive, include any error messages you see, and provide as much detail as possible. If you’re getting white screens, check your error logs, or ask your webhost to do so for you.
    3. On the plugin Settings page, turn on debugging, and then post the Plugin Status and Debug info sections (using pastebin.com).
