DO NOT hijack another thread, always start your own, even if you think you are having the same problem as someone else.
DO these three things:
1. Upgrade to the latest version of the plugin.
2. Be descriptive, include any error messages you see, and provide as much detail as possible.
3. On the plugin Settings page, click the Debug link, and include the Plugin Status and Debug info sections.
