    To all our WP HTML Mail WooCommerce customers who didn’t receive the emails we sent in the last days:

    With the update to WooCommerce 3.6.4 we also released an update for WP HTML Mail WooCommerce (current version is 2.9.1.1).
    Older versions of the plugin caused serious conflicts on the checkout page

    What to do now?

    1. Check your mails (and your chunk folder) for emails from support [ A T ] codemiq [ D O T ] com If you find it follow the instructions.
    2. if not send us an email to this address including your payment confirmation or order number and we will check your license and send you the update instructions.

    DO NOT UPDATE TO WOOCOMMERCE 3.6.4 WITHOUT THIS UPDATE!

    Hello Hannes Etzelstorfer,

    Please, how do I prevent and/or stop the custom design template that I have done on WP HTML Email from being pulled and used by WooCommerce?

    I have another design for custom email WooCommerce design template. But, the WP HTML Email design template will subsume the design for the WooCommerce so during testing I realise WP HTML EMAIL design header and footer also part of the Email of design template of the WooCommerce design that also have it own header and footer.

    That is:

    WP HTML EMAIL Design Header
    ===========================

    ==================================
    |Custom WooCommerce Design Header|
    ==================================

    WooCommerce Content

    ==================================
    |Custom WooCommerce Design Footer |
    ==================================

    WP HTML EMAIL Design Footer
    ===========================

    Please, what do I do? How do I resolve this?

    I will be waiting your reply urgently.

    Thanks and kind regards

    Hey @uzoamaka
    If you use WooCommerce we recommend to use our WooCommerce AddOn.
    Otherwise there’s code example in our FAQs how to disable the template for some emails.

    Hi @haet

    Thanks for the quick reply. I had thought, I won’t get a response as soon as possible. I had to disable the WP HTML Cutomizer altogether so that I can use the Custom WooCommerce Email Template design I already have without conflicts and superimposing templates from your WP HTML Customizer.

    Again, thanks for the response and the kind solution you have provided.

    That said, I have seen the custom code. All I wanted is, is to prevent it from interferring with another plugin that I am using for WooCommerce Email Template. So, Do I still need customize anything in the code?

    I only wanted it to be used on Caldera Forms. And nothing to do or interfering with WooCommerce email. So, if copy the custom code from the FAQ URL above and turn the TRUE to FALSE, will it work?

    If you can identify your caldera mails by subject, sender, recipient or content you can use the custom code from our FAQs. Only return TRUE if you identified a caldera email else return FALSE.

    My apologies, I really do not understand what you mean by Identify.

    Please, what do you mean by “identify” caldera mails by subject, sender,recipient or content?

    Do you mean the caldera mail code generators, like: “%email-id%, %subject%”, etc. or their actual contents inside this fields? I really need to understand what you meant by identifying those you aforementioned.

    Also do I place them inside the custom code in the FAQ and uncomment them? Like:

    $mail[%sender-email%] …
    $mail[%subject%] …
    $mail[%summary] …

    Just let you know so; I am not all that proficient on programming, PHP being part of them.

    Thanks for everything. You’ve been great and kind with your response. I really do appreciate that.

    Awaiting your reply.

    Kind regards.
