    Paid customer here.

In order for my advanced ssl certificate to show a green “padlock” symbol on our site, all images must be secure. My old slider plugin showed the URL to each image added to the slider. I could easily edit the address location from “http://…” to “https://…” to make my site fully secure and pass 100% ssl check.

Every image added to your slider is, by default, adding the http:// version of the image, which is fine. But I can’t find out how to point the slider to the ‘secure’ https:// version of each of the images. This must be done in order for our site to receive the green padlock and show customers our site is 100% secure. >https://www.whynopadlock.com

How do I set the URL to each image to “https://…” in stead of “http://…”?

  • Dear user, the image initially should be with https. So the slider install images with their address, You need to change http to https before inserting into slider.

    Thank you~
    Here’s how it’s done:

Instead of logging into your wordpress control panel (wp-admin) with the http:// address, type in your domain using the https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/

Once you login to the https:// version of your site, all images in your library will now be listed as https:// URLS. So, just open the Huge-It Slider options, remove previous http:// images, and add the new https:// ones. All images added are defaulted to https:// URLS and will now pass ssl validation.

Dear user, please contact us by info@huge-it.com our developers will help you to make http to https
