    Tried to import Alt Text, Captions for product images.

    Import worked but deleted all images for Woocommerce.

    The images are still in media library but thumbnails are gone.

    I exported products, used that spreadsheet to add images alt text, description and caption. Kept those columns along with Title, Content, Excerpt and ID. Deleted the rest of the columns. Did the import

    you have to choose which data will data will update in import step 4. please check only field that you have to update.
