Import WordPress File into WordPress, Larger than 7MB

I am going to move my blog to another wordpress installation and would like to keep the old installation running and all the database there. They are two different databases. So I exported from the old one and when I try to import to the new one it can’t do it cause the file is larger than 7MB which is says no files larger than 7MB so I do I split the file.
