I am attempting to import reviews from a previous review service. I downloaded and utilized the template, but I keep getting an error ” Incorrect date format“. I’m using the format in the template. What am I doing wrong?
Try opening the CSV file in a plain text editor and verify your date format. If you are using Excel you may have problems because Excel will visually format the date without actually changing the format of the date in the file.
After opening the CSV file in a plain text editor, copy/paste one or more of the dates and put it here for me to see.
