Admin Main Menu > Tools > Import
Admin Main Menu > Tools > Import isn’t a valid answer because there isn’t a built in import function for users. That means we need a plugin and we need a plugin that is compatible with the format your plugin exported to. Can you please post a full answer to this question?
My apologies; of course you’re right. I didn’t realize that the built-in WordPress Import function doesn’t import users. FYI, it’s not my plugin; I’m just a forum volunteer.
In the plugin directory, I see several plugins which import CSV files of users. I would try these. We recently had good success with the last one below.
