Import Table with Hebrew characters

    I’m trying to import multiple tables in CSV formats with Hebrew characters in some cells.
    The Hebrew characters are imported as gibberish.
    Is there a fix or workaround for this issue?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    For this, make sure that the CSV files are stored with UTF-8 character encoding, and that your WordPress configuration uses that as the character encoding.

    Thank you, it worked!
    It appears that the Office has saved the files with default encoding that was different than the WordPress encoding.
