# Import stuck

 * I’ve used the plugin successfully many times. Today I have an import that gets
   to 34.20% and hangs there for 5-10 minutes before giving me an error message.
   Tried it several times with both the same export file and fresh ones, no luck.
   On plugin version 5.55. Help?
 * error.log shows:

   FTP and restore it from the Backups section?

 * OK… it worked for me as well. Turns out the corruption message was because I 
   wasn’t allowing the entire file to copy over via FTP before trying to restore
   the backup.
