Import stuck at 2.32%

    Hi there,

    Trying to move my site using your plugin but the import hangs at 2.32% everytime.

    Can you help?

    Hi Carla,

    How large is your backup?
    Could you let me know which option in this article that you used to increase the upload limit?

    Hi,

    It is 559MB.

    I do not have access to the server so someone else increased the max upload size. this is what thay said:

    “The upload file size has been set to 1000M / 1G and the Post Size has now been set to 1000M / 1G as well.”

    Do I need to find out from them??

    I would assume they did it via the .htaccess file.

    Hi Carla,

    Could you tell them to increase the following settings as well;

    memory_limit 1256M
    max_execution_time 1200
    max_input_time 1200
