 * Hi, I’m trying to import a backup that I created with your plugin. It keeps hanging
   at around 27% and says that it stopped and asking if I’m connected to server?
   I have refreshed page and tried again 3 times now and still the same error message.
   Any help would be appreciated

 * I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    Could you try uploading your .wpress file 
   via FTP to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then restore it by using the Backups 
   section instead?
