Import Size

Hello, i recently made an export of my site, and moved to a new host.

Unfdortunately the backup file is 205 Mb and my hosting allow up to 200MB mmax.
I tried to ask them to increase the limit but there is no way, they just proposed me to move to a dedicated server, lmao.

Is there any way i can compress the .wpress file ? And nope i do not have access to old website anymore to try to reduce media size and so on.
