 * Maybe I’m not getting something but when I export from a site with v9.7 to a 
   site with the latest version, content types and custom fields aren’t created 
   or don’t show.

 * Ah, I just tried “preview” and was given the option to activate the imported 
   content. I didn’t see instructions anywhere to do that. Did I miss them?
