# Import Setting Error?

 * Hi, i’ve purchased about month ago iThems Security Pro.
 * Now, i’ve about 5 wordpress website, and all different. So, I’ve setup one wordpress
   to [http://www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com) and setup iThemes Security Pro. I’ve
   make all options and its ok. I’ve backup all options also.
 * Now, i’ve setup another domain, and make all the way, setup iThemes Security,
   when i try to upload setting backup from [http://www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com)(
   its zip file and name is “itsec_options.zip”) show error, error say “
 * The settings import file does not appear to be valid. Please try again and contact
   support if the problem persists.”
 * Setting backup from [http://www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com)
 * I want to restore to Setting backup to my another website, [http://www.abcd.com](http://www.abcd.com)
 * Where is the problem?
 * By the way, so sorry my bad English.

 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products).
   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there. They’re really good that way. 😉

 * The following error files have appeared on mt site after trying to upload a html
   file incorrectly for Google Adsense. Please tell me how I can delete these from
