  • OK, so I got the import to work and all of the data is importing fine, but the actual file is not there. So, if I purchase a file, it says, File Does Not Exist.

    However, the correct filename is in my spreadsheet and that file is uploaded correctly in my bucket on S3. Is there a special way permissions are to be set for the files on S3. Should the files be put into a sub-folder in the bucket?

    Do you have the file inside of a folder in your S3 bucket?
